  3. I so love this. I have small modifications too, and I really need to work on my weekends — I do pretty good with stuff throughout the week and the weekend comes … and I lay around, watch football, drink way too much coffee, and put in a grocery order. Not bad, but I feel like I could use my weekend better. 🙂

  6. Does it count if I walk 1.5 miles at work? Can that count as my exercise? I say yes. 🤪
