Pep Talks
Hi, I'm Chelsea! Iām on a mission to help you find joy and goodness in every day.
On this blog we talk about the big things (like chasing dreams) and the small things (like what books we're reading) because happiness comes in all sizes.
1. Holidays that fall on Friday mean days spent on the water.
2. We’ve started watching The Office again. This is my first time watching the show all the way through a second time, and I had really forgotten how perfect it was. And how the whole show is made up of really good one-liners.
What made you happy to be alive this week?

Yes to holidays falling on Friday all the time!
The Office is one of my favorites and always will be.
The Office is a favorite in our house too! I might need to re-watch them all soon!
I've only watched Season 1 of The Office. I'm ashamed to admit it. I should probably just start over so I can watch (and appreciate) the whole thing.
I'm stopping by from the link up! Have a great weekend!
I really need to start watching the office again. How can you not be in a bad mood after watching that! I love that your grandpa knew the little detail about your book, adorable!

Weekends with zero plans can be such a wonderful treat every so often! I hope you are able to take some time to relax and have happy little adventures!
Every weekend that we have "zero plans" ends up being the craziest and busiest of all weekends. I don't know how it happens, but it always does. You've been warned. š
I just found you from the link-up! Uh omg I love all your headbands they are just too awesome! Happy to be your newest follower!

I LOVE The Office! I have to admit I cried like a baby on the last couple of episodes! I was just so sad for it to end!
I'm watching The Office all the way through too! Until now, I had just watched episodes here and there but I was pretty apathetic about it. But oh my goodness. It's sooooo brilliant!
Jim and Pam are still my ultimate couple inspiration. I really should watch the show again. And that bow is way too cute. I'm gonna have to order something from your store!
Your grandpa sounds like a total keeper. I'd take him! š
Oh, and the Office! I think I'll need to start watching it again too. Thanks for the reminder. Ha.
Sounds like you'll have a super relaxing weekend. Enjoy!
I absolutely love The Office. I have a desk calendar at work so I've come across a lot of gems. Stopping by from the link up – have a fantastic weekend!
Today makes me happy to be alive. Because I made it through the longest week ever. Ha
I absolutely LOVE that hair bow! And what made me happy this week…giving birth to my first-born!
I actually started drinking coconut coffee right before I read your book – I wondered the same thing if you really like it in real life! š It's my FAVE! (And I wonder if there's a way I can make it at home.)
I found you through the Oh, Hey it's Friday link up. I'm going to have to check your book out! It sounds exciting! Coconut coffee? Sign me up. Sounds like heaven in a cup. š
Hopped over from September Farm! How cool that you wrote a book!!! I'm super jealous… I really would love to write. I just need an idea…. š
Your grandfather's comment is so sweet! I have no plans this weekend, too. I did that mostly because I start a new job on Monday and I want to be well rested for it. My new workplace is going to be chaotic and I'm coming from a very quiet and slow environment. š
Your grandparents are so sweet. I might want to watch the office again too. I bet there's so much I missed.
That's SO cute about your grandpa! Checking out your headbands now!
I wish I were cool enough to wear headbands!
I am happy to be alive because being alive is a pretty fantastic thing!
This post made me smile. It says so much about the person who makes a point to be thankful of the little things and the happy times in his/her life. I am definitely trying to do this more…to celebrate the happy moments in my life. š
I love this sweet post. Such a lovely story about your grandpa!! Things like that bring such a smile to my face:)

The Office really is perfect. As is Parks and Recreation, which I just started re-watching. Last week was a little rough for me, but I did get to spend a lot of time reading, and that makes me feel alive and well. š
i recently started rewatching the office too. It was a great life decision.
