I love this and really try to live by it. I say if you're not happy: if you can't change it, then learn to accept it, and if you can change it, then go change it!!!

That chart really says it all. It's as simple as just changing something to be happy. I think everyone deserves to be happy and everyone has the ability to be happy if they just do it. Thanks for sharing.

Great post, Chelsea! I do think that it's usually our own doing if we are not happy in our lives. We can always change something, no matter how small!

Completely true! I bugs a lot when people say, 'I don't have enough time', you do, it's just we have the tendency to waste it. šŸ™‚

Love your perspective on this! I used to be a daily complainer about my life and how busy I always am. I've been taking steps over the past year to stop, assess my surroundings, and find gratitude in my day to day. That's made the biggest change in my life. Sometimes you really just have to be willing to bend šŸ™‚

I just stumbled upon your blog, and am a new subscriber, and this post right here is a big reason why! We are definitely on the same page. I can not tell you how many times I have found myself saying this exact thing to myself or those around me!
